Why Use Tinctures?

Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts made by soaking herbs in alcohol or glycerin to pull out their beneficial compounds. Using tinctures in tea is convenient and effective — you get a powerful dose of immune support without waiting for steeping or dealing with messy herbs.
