🕒 Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Shipping is calculated in exact amounts according to weight and size of total order.  No upcharges or handling fee is added.  

🌐 International Shipping

International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations of their country. This includes ensuring that the products purchased can be legally imported and are not subject to any restrictions or prohibitions.

Upon arrival in the destination country, shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed by the local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend that international customers consult their country's customs office or official government resources to obtain information on applicable import regulations and potential charges before placing an order.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Homestead Herbs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

📦 How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at homesteadherbsllc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

🔁 Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We do not except returns unless under condition listed below.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at homesteadherbsllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
